What is the Dirty Dozen & Clean 15?

The Dirty Dozen and Clean 15 is a list put out each year by The Environmental Working Group as a way to provide education on the foods that are most heavily sprayed with pesticide and should, therefore, be purchased organic, and then the foods we can get away with buying conventional.

It’s a very helpful way to save money if buying all organic is not doable.
